Middle School Matters Institute


In 2006, in emerging group of leaders and institutions that would become the GradNation campaign set an ambitious goal: to raise the national high school graduation rate to 90 percent by the Class of 2020. This sixth annual report (2015) to the nation on graduation highlights the significant progress that has been made, but also the serious challenges that remain – closing gaping graduation gaps between various student populations; tackling the challenge in key states and school districts; and keeping the nation’s focus on ensuring that all students have an equal chance to graudate.
